How do I start an Orbit?+
Open the player and tap the Orbit button. Friends nearby get an invite automatically; you can also invite friends or share the Orbit link.
Why doesn’t my friend see my Orbit nearby?+
Both devices need Bluetooth on and Loop open. Check that Settings → Privacy → Orbit lets people nearby find you.
How do I import my Spotify playlists?+
In Library, tap Import from Spotify. Connect your account, or open the files from your Spotify data download.
My library looks different on another device.+
Make sure you’re signed in with the same account on both devices. Loop syncs in the background as soon as it’s online.
How do I delete my account?+
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Your profile, library and history are removed from our servers.
